We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for purposes beyond providing the contracted services.
5. AI-Generated Content
Remedi's compliance findings, severity assessments, and remediation recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sheer Data harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Remedi, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
